Omniscient Technology was founded in 2020 by entrepreneur and technology strategist Ron Terry with a bold vision: to create a bridge between advanced American technology and the rapidly evolving markets of the Gulf and broader Middle East and North Africa region. The company emerged in response to a growing challenge.

 

Organizations were investing heavily in SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, connected devices, and advanced hardware, but many of these systems lacked the intelligence, interoperability, and regional flexibility needed to deliver their full value. Artificial intelligence offered enormous potential, yet successfully integrating it into existing technology required more than software—it required sophisticated architecture, industry knowledge, cultural understanding, and a clear strategy for scale.

 

Our founders assembled a multidisciplinary team of engineers, defense-industry professionals, complex-systems architects, and Gulf regional experts to address this need. Together, they established Omniscient Technology as an AI integration and architecture-solutions firm capable of connecting software, hardware, data, and infrastructure within secure and scalable technology ecosystems. From the beginning, Omniscient Technology was designed to operate across borders.
